It's almost the end of the year. I was reminded I have this blog. Hehehehe. I almost forgot that I have more than one. How can you kill a blog? Hmmm..... that I will still have to discover. So here I am, home alone but unlike the young boy in the movie (for goodness sake, i forgot how to spell his name) - Macaulay Culkin, it seems like am working. Got a text from a high school friend if I wanted to join them in a climb. Tempting but trying to update one's blog plus cleaning one's room is too much of work to pass. Well, goodbye pyro olympics. I guess I will just watch that in tv or see them in pictures. Hmmm. So this is how its gonna be from now on. What if this situation would be for a lifetime? I always thought am prepared but now, am thinking..... Good thing the year is about to end. I can leave all thoughts like these behind. Welcome 2006, I am praying you will bring more blessing and challenges to everyone.

This is a nice day. The sun is not too hot and its the sky is cloudy.  Hope its not gonna rain. The weather is conducive for one to go on and sleep the day away.

Got a wake up call. Hmmm... one can get use to this one.  No wonder the hotel offer such services. Its more than an alarm clock its a welcome reminder not to go back to bed and sleep. Hehehehe.

Was able to escape being part of the dance presentation of the team.  The intention to be part of it was there but the steps are not something I would like to do or would fit me.  I rather do hip hop - the way boys dance than do the girly thingy. 

It was a hectic night - accidentally meeting up with 2 persons at the same time.  They both knew each other but different interest.  The one is a persistent friend and the other is a friend.  Rushed to the mall to buy the gift for tomorrow's kris kringle.  Good thing was able to find a nice t-shirt.

Took the MRT going home.  Its the last trip - (am really lucky today).  Got a side trip to mcdonald's because of a persistent friend.  With luck still on my side, the cab I got on will no longer go back and the persistent friend had no choice but to go home without bringing me to the house as he planned.  

The late evenings and work took its toll.  It was a basically tiring day. By midnight, was home and slept as soon as my head touched the pillow.  Another dreamless, restful sleep.  :)

 

Got a different sked today and since am not familiar with the traffic I arrived late at the office.  Was so surprised that my cubemates (Bioman cube-as we fondly called it) waited for me so we can all have lunch together.  That was so sweet.  I really love the camaraderie we had developed with my colleagues.  :)

Upon arriving, it seems that there was a stirring with the coming dance number to be performed by our team in cooperation with another team.  My team members will be hard to convince but am really hoping that they would participate - even if they will be making me the object of their jokes and innuendos. Hmmm... I even heard a comment from one team that I would be the star of the Christmas party.  As if there is such a thing. Hehehe.

Waited a long time for an fx and for the first time since discovering the shuttle right across our building, I had found a long line waiting for an FX going to Muñoz.  The passengers gave up and instead chose to ride the bus.  Luckily for me the second fx arrived - but I have wasted an hour already.  Haaay, the first time also I let my guard down and consented to be brought home, I ended up texting the incorrect number.

To cut the long story short, I arrived home 30 minutes after midnight.  Spent 4 hours on the phone and slept when the rooster started crowing.  Hmmmm.... This seems to be getting to be a habit of mine of late.  Not good....

 

 

 

 

Got an early call in my cellphone.  I was surprised coz he usually sent text messages.  This guy is very persistent with the lamest excuse you can think of.  But one had to admit it’s kinda cute and tickle one's fantasy?  To be swept of her feet, i think is almost every girl's dream.  This guy almost had it, but not quite.

I just saw a display of tantrums that definitely showed his age.  Tsk tsk tsk.  Warning signs flashing all over, stop before it went out of control.  Well, its over - playing is over and its now time to face the reality of things.  Though, I must admit that somehow I miss it.  J

 

I was able to go to the 2 parties.  But in the case of going to 2 things at the same day - one event has to suffer - either with your concentration or time. 

It was way past midnight when the opportunity to attend the first party came.  Place: Astoria, Ortigas.  I was waiting for a friend so I won't go alone.  The mistake we made was we had asked the guard for a parking space.  We didn't know that this hotel had a very different policy as compared to others.  They would need to accompany us upstairs and would make a head count. Doing this of course will ruin the party mood.  So we did not go up but instead asked our common friend to just go down and they we will go on our way.

Now, let’s go to the second party.  It was in Manila. It was amazing that I haven't ventured and not too familiar with that side of Manila.  Place: Grand Boulevard Hotel.  The location of this Hotel is ok. I didn't know that there was even a church right beside it, the Malate Church.  Baywalk also is a marvel - first time I stepped into that place after its renovation. Like most Church Christmas party it was full of "Church" talk.  What I love about the party, is that I was able to see the friends I left behind when I transferred church. Its nice to see them again.  :) 

Overall, the only thing I will change on this outcome is that to arrive early and don't ask the guard where to park. Just park anywhere. Hehehehe.

Oh no! Its party season!

This early the dilemma of attending parties of your friends and their special occasion.  Tonight there are 2 parties - Christmas Party.  They are the early birds.  Making sure that there are still enough money to buy them gifts. 

The problem though is the location of both parties.  One is in Roxas Boulevard and the other is in Ortigas.  Let's just hope that the attendance on both parties would be possible.

Having lots of friends is not a problem actually, its just that when schedules are being set and not to mention the expenses.  Mind you, am not complaining, it just sounded that way. LOL.

Another blog.  Another avenue for one's expression. Not yet sure if this will be like a journal as was designed. Hmmmm...

For now, I will keep this short and simple. :)

How does one deal with a broken heart when there was not even a lovestory to start with? Is there an imaginary broken heart? Hahaha. I for one know the answer to this....Insanity!!!
